Return & Refund Policy

At Super Rare Supply, every engraved binder is made in small batches and individually produced with care. Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of many of our products, please review our policy carefully before placing an order.


Returns

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Custom engraved products

  • Personalized orders

  • Made-to-order binders

  • Limited or one-off items

Because each piece is individually produced, all sales on custom and made-to-order items are considered final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

  • damaged in transit

  • defective

  • or you received the wrong item

please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

superraresupply@gmail.com

Include:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the issue

  • photos of packaging if applicable

If approved, we will offer one of the following:

  • replacement

  • repair

  • store credit

  • refund (when applicable)


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

After production has begun, orders cannot be canceled due to the custom nature of the products.


Engraving & Product Variations

Please understand that laser engraving is a handcrafted process and slight variations may occur between products, including:

  • engraving tone

  • material reaction

  • placement alignment

  • texture visibility

These small variations are normal and part of the production process, especially across different binder colors and materials.


Color Disclaimer

Product colors may appear slightly different in person due to:

  • screen calibration

  • lighting

  • material batch differences

  • engraving reaction variations

Some materials may naturally engrave lighter or darker depending on the binder color and finish.


Shipping Issues

Super Rare Supply is not responsible for:

  • delayed shipping caused by carriers

  • lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

If an issue occurs during shipping, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. We will still do our best to help where possible.


Final Sale Items

The following are considered final sale:

  • custom commissions

  • discounted items

  • show exclusives

  • limited edition releases

  • gift cards (if applicable)
