Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders placed through Super Rare Supply are subject to a 24-hour holding period before entering production and processing. This allows time for order review, address corrections, or cancellation requests if needed.

Once an order enters the processing queue, production typically takes 5–10 business days depending on:

  • current order volume

  • product type

  • customization requirements

  • material availability

Please note that many of our products are handcrafted and made to order, which means processing times may vary during high-volume periods, product launches, or convention weekends.


Shipping Carrier

Orders are currently shipped through UPS unless otherwise stated.

Shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout when available.


Shipping Time Estimates

Shipping time estimates provided by UPS are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once a package has been shipped, delivery speed and transit updates are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

Super Rare Supply is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • weather

  • carrier delays

  • holidays

  • customs processing

  • incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • events outside of our control


Tracking Information

Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout once your order has shipped.

Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after label creation.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is correct before placing an order.

If an incorrect address is submitted and the order has not yet entered processing, please contact us immediately at:

We cannot guarantee address changes once production or shipment has begun.

Super Rare Supply is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been transferred to UPS, Super Rare Supply is not responsible for:

  • lost packages

  • stolen packages

  • delayed deliveries

  • carrier mishandling

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • photos of the damaged item

  • photos of the shipping packaging

We will review the situation and work toward an appropriate resolution when possible.


International Shipping

International shipping availability may vary.

Customers are responsible for:

  • customs fees

  • import duties

  • taxes

  • additional carrier charges required by their country

Super Rare Supply is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within the initial 24-hour holding period before entering production.

Once an order has entered the production queue, cancellation requests may not be possible due to the made-to-order nature of many products.
